When the pandemic hit in 2020 and the world went sideways, it affected every aspect of my life. As a working professional with two children under 7 years old, what had always been a challenging daily juggle devolved into complete chaos. Both my mental and physical health suffered, and I was forced to reassess what I truly valued and where I wanted to focus my energy moving forward. As I rebuilt myself from the literal ground up, for the first time I started to approach my life and career holistically. This shift in mindset led to a reinvestment in myself, and a transition from 20 years in financial services to a new path in leadership and performance coaching. Building upon my strong foundation in strategy and project management, I utilize active listening, communication and problem solving to help my clients explore their own lives and career trajectories. I am committed to showing up authentically for each client to meet them where they are, and to helping others navigate times of complexity to find clarity, confidence and new opportunities.

Prior to becoming a certified coach, I held various roles within the financial services industry, primarily in fixed income products. I underwrote new business, remediated distressed debt portfolios, and spent more than 10 years in strategy, focused on initiatives aimed at maximizing company shareholder value. I reported directly to the CEO of a publicly traded company, and served as board member for one the company’s subsidiaries.

I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach and I received my Coaching Certificate from Brown University School of Professional Studies. I hold an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School, and a BA, summa cum laude, in Economics from Fordham University. After growing up in New York, I now live in the suburbs of Connecticut with my husband, two children and a border collie/black lab who often makes appearances in my coaching sessions.
